Job summary

WAGS – World-Class Assistants & Global Support is hiring bilingual Insurance Virtual Assistants located throughout Latin America (LATAM) to support U.S.-based agencies and insurers. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Home/Auto/P&C or Commercial insurance experience, plus strong English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently from a quiet home workspace with a reliable computer and high-speed internet.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for professional communication.
• Experience with U.S.-based insurance agencies or carriers is essential.
• Hands-on insurance servicing experience (quotes, policy changes, renewals, COIs).
• Direct experience with Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, or Commercial Insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to insurance clients.
• Process policy changes and endorsements.
• Handle mortgagee and lienholder changes.
• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Assist with policy renewals and billing questions.
• Collect information for quotes and run quotes in rating systems.

Remote – Latin America (LATAM) | Full-Time | $5.00–$12.00 USD/hour | Monday–Friday

WAGS – World-Class Assistants & Global Support is hiring experienced Bilingual Insurance Virtual Assistants located throughout Latin America (LATAM) to support U.S.-based insurance agencies and insurance companies.

We welcome qualified candidates from Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Dominican Republic, and other Latin American countries.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Home, Auto, Property & Casualty (P&C), or Commercial Insurance.

If you have worked directly with U.S. insurance agencies, brokerages, or carriers and understand day-to-day insurance servicing workflows, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$5.00–$12.00 USD per hour, based on your experience, English communication skills, insurance knowledge, systems experience, and ability to independently handle insurance-related tasks.

What You May Do

Depending on your experience and the insurance agency you support, responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional customer service to insurance clients
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Handle mortgagee and lienholder changes
• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Assist with policy renewals
• Collect information needed for insurance quotes
• Run quotes through insurance rating systems
• Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account questions
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policies and servicing requests
• Follow up with clients and carriers
• Support Home and Auto insurance servicing
• Assist with Property & Casualty insurance
• Support Commercial Insurance accounts when applicable
• Complete or work with ACORD forms when applicable
• Update insurance systems and agency management systems
• Follow agency procedures and complete tasks accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Fluent professional English, both spoken and written
• Fluent Spanish
• At least 1 year of hands-on insurance experience
• At least 1 year supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency, brokerage, carrier, or insurance company
• Direct experience with Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, or Commercial Insurance
• Experience performing insurance servicing tasks such as quotes, policy changes, endorsements, renewals, COIs, billing, or carrier follow-up
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable computer
• High-speed internet connection
• Quiet, professional home workspace suitable for calls
• Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule
• Current residence in Latin America

• Call-center roles where your primary responsibility was interpreting conversations between insurance customers and other parties

If your experience is primarily in one of those areas and you do not have hands-on experience servicing Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, or Commercial Insurance policies, this position is not the right match.
