Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager (Chinese-speaking) in the Philippines. This hands-on, individual-contributor role focuses on finance operations, reporting, controls, and business analysis.

The candidate must have SAP experience and be able to read and write Chinese to support Greater China transactions, documents, and stakeholders. Strong English and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on SAP experience and strong accounting background.
• Ability to read and write Chinese.
• Based in Philippines with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with policies.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
• Review AP, AR, GL, intercompany transactions and other accounting activities.
• Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
• Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements.
• Work with SAP for accounting, reporting and data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, tax agents, and service providers.
• Review Chinese-language financial documents and reports.
