Job summary

Addiction Pet Foods in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager (Chinese-speaking) to support finance operations, reporting, controls, and business analysis. The role is an individual contributor and requires SAP experience and the ability to read and write Chinese to support Greater China workflows.

The successful candidate will manage month-end close, prepare management reports, oversee AP/AR/GL, budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Solid experience in financial accounting, management reporting and analysis.
• Previous experience at Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or equivalent level.
• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge and experience.
• Must be able to read and write Chinese.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with company policies and applicable accounting requirements.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial performance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Review AP, AR, GL, intercompany transactions, and other accounting activities.
• Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
• Maintain strong financial controls and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work extensively with SAP for accounting, reporting and financial data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax agents and other service providers.
• Review and understand Chinese-language financial documents, invoices, reports and business correspondence.
• Support finance requirements across multiple business entities and markets as required.
