Job summary

Odoo APAC opens a brand-new branch in the Philippines and seeks an enthusiastic Event Marketing Officer to lead our events in this market. You will drive end-to-end event experiences and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to showcase Odoo solutions to SMEs and large corporations.

You will use Odoo tools to manage pages, content, and campaigns while building strong relationships with venues and sponsors. A proactive, detail-oriented marketer with 1+ year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience; event management or digital marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of the Philippine market and business culture.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Filipino is required; fluency in other Philippine languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the event lifecycle: plan, organize, and execute online and offline events across the Philippines.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners to create compelling event content and materials.
• Drive attendance through social media, email campaigns, and promotional copy.
• Utilize Odoo apps (Event, Website Builder, CRM, Email marketing) to manage event pages and content.
• Coordinate with vendors for venues and sponsorships; manage budgeting and reports.
• Support other marketing initiatives and strategic projects in country expansion.
