Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a qualified Pharmacy graduate to review and validate technical specifications of pharmaceutical products for government bids. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, correct pharmacological classifications, and alignment with ABC bidding criteria.

In this role, you will assess dosage strength and form, route of administration, packaging, storage needs, and shelf-life, while maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation across submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required with strong knowledge of drug regulations.
• Experience with documentation management is preferred.
• Familiarity with government bidding and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical specifications of pharmaceutical products for government bids.
• Ensure compliance with bidding criteria and ABC guidelines.
• Analyze procurement requirements and verify correct pharmacological classifications.
• Identify and validate dosage forms, strengths, routes, packaging, storage, and shelf-life.
• Review documents for accuracy and remove incomplete or expired submissions.
• Compare bid specifications with product portfolio to ensure eligibility.
• No overbidding and ensure bid submissions are complete and valid.

Job Description

Responsible for reviewing, validating and identifying accurate technical specifications of pharmaceutical products required for government bids. To ensure that all medicine specifications, regulatory requirements, and product to offer will comply with bidding criteria applicable to pharmaceutical regulations. Achievement of Bid qualification to contribute sales target attainment of government channel.

Technical Specification Review and Analysis

• 100% Accurate Specification
• Conduct Internal Bidding
• Review veracity of documents for the lowest calculated and responsive bid, identify the LCRB/LCB/MEARB/MARB, update the product import and reflect only the LCRB/LCB/MEARB/MARB as per account criterion
• Familiarity with PNF
• Analyze procurement requirements for pharmaceutical products.
• Identify and validate the correct technical specifications of medicines, including:
  • Generic name and Brand name (if applicable)
  • Dosage strength and Dosage form
  • Route of administration
  • Packaging configuration
  • Storage requirements and Shelf-life requirements
• Compare bid specifications with company product portfolio to determine compliance and eligibility.
• Review pharmacological classifications and therapeutic equivalence of products to ensure accurate bid matching.
• No Overbidding: Ensure all submitted bids adhere strictly to the stated ABC.
• Specification Compliance: Only include bids that fully comply with the outlined project specifications. Non-compliant submissions will be excluded.
• Ensure document Completeness & Validity:
• Remove any incomplete or expired documents from submissions.

Qualification And Experiences

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug regulations, healthcare compliance, and medication management.

Relevant Experiences

• Complex knowledge of documentation management and therapeutic class of medicines.
