Job summary

Lazada Group in the Philippines is seeking a data analytics professional to measure and analyze business performance across lines of business. You will design dashboards, automate reports, and share insights with senior management.

3–5 years in analytics or related fields, strong SQL skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field; E-commerce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, project management, strategy or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good communication.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Basic data extraction, cleaning, preparation, and dashboard development skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each lines of business
• Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues
• Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management
• Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to drill down into certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice
• Support projects on data projection, data analysis, performance tracking, and to summarize data analysis requirements
• Support colleagues to understand data insights and handle basic data analysis skills
