Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a senior Data Product Owner to drive the Data Backbone roadmap in alignment with business strategy. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and regional teams to deliver data products that improve client experience and enable growth.

You will lead Agile squads, standardize KPIs, and ensure value realization through strong business cases and adoption. A Bachelor's degree is required; AWS, data lakes, and data warehouses experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience; at least 5 years in a Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven initiatives.
• Experience with AWS, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Bachelor's degree; certifications (e.g., Agile, AWS) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration:

Work closely with business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations), IT, regional data teams, and transformation teams to enable data-driven outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Python)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and business processes in insurance
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Experience & Qualifications:
