Job summary

ADEC Innovations is seeking a Business Analyst to design, test, and implement dashboards under the Analytics & Automation Manager. You will drive data-driven analysis to support decision-making and recommendations across business units.

The role involves planning ETL/dashboard projects, consolidating data, and creating insightful reports. You will train junior analysts, update documentation, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT or business management (4-year).
• 3 years of experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Domo).
• Advanced Excel with formulas, Visual Basic, macros, and charting.
• Exposure to BPO or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic to average proficiency with ETL/SQL coding (SSIS, SSRS) is advantageous.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages ETL and dashboard projects.
• Creates, gathers, and consolidates business data into insights for decision-making.
• Aggregates data from multiple sources using ETL and SQL queries as needed.
• Creates dashboards and analyses data using Excel or BI tools.
• Maintains project plans and documentation for Analytics & Automation initiatives.
• Creates training materials and trains new Business Analysts in ETL and dashboard creation.
• Reviews daily reports and trends to support proposals and progress reports.
• Presents findings and recommendations to management and business units.
