Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a BI Analyst in Quezon City to partner with global technology leaders and deliver data-driven insights. You will mine data, design reports, and provide patterns and trends to guide business decisions with strong training opportunities for growth.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with SQL, OLAP/OLTP, Tableau or Power BI, Salesforce, and 4+ years in data analytics. This is a full-time on-site role in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with OLTP/OLAP data structures and data reporting.
• Ability to apply statistical methods and interpret results.
• 2–5 years of related experience in data analytics or BI.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and dashboard design experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret trends, risks and opportunities from key metrics and reports.
• Develop data-driven insights and support planning, forecasting and decision making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for partners and customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high data quality and availability.
• Engage with partners daily to gather requirements and document analyses.
• Work independently on tasks with reliable delivery of routine analytics.
