Concentrix in Makati is seeking a BI Analyst to drive data-driven decisions by developing reports and dashboards. You will mine data from multiple sources and provide insights to partners, reporting to the BI Manager. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience and strong Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Business Objects skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science, finance or statistics/mathematics.
• 4+ years' experience in data-driven business insight recommendations, analytics, and dashboard design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of OLTP/OLAP data structures and statistics such as deviations and quartiles.
• Practical sales motion knowledge and domain understanding in hardware, software, SaaS, healthcare or industrial.

Responsabilités

• Interpret moderately complex goals, trends, risks and areas for improvement by collecting, analyzing and reporting on key metrics and conclusions.
• Support customer teams and increase efficiency on projects of moderate complexity as an independent contributor.
• Build internal and external relationships to ensure high-quality data is available for analysis.
• Develop data-driven insights to all partners and communicate findings clearly.
• Engage daily with partners for planning, forecasting and documentation of analysis questions.
• Maintain reliability of reports and dashboards to enable business operations.
