Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Beverage Science, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of beverage creation, product development, or barista work.
• Strong expertise in hot and cold beverage trends, especially dairy and coffee-based products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with clients and demos.
• Willing to travel for product pitches, events, and customer visits.
• Experience in managing food costs, inventory systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee-based drinks, cocktails, and mocktails.
• Customizes beverage recipes based on customer requests and market insights using GNI SKUs.
• Monitors and manages food and ingredient costs during recipe development.
• Assists the Business Development and Sales teams with beverage demonstrations during account visits, trainings, and events.
• Represents and presents the company’s milk products and beverage concepts to clients, distributors, and industry partners.
• Prepares and delivers customer-requested beverage prototypes and samples in a timely manner.
• Oversees and maintains inventory of beverage-related ingredients and GNI SKUs.
• Submits and tracks sample requests to the warehouse team as needed.
• Monitors and ensures proper functioning of all beverage equipment; report malfunctions promptly for repair or replacement.
• Ensures that all beverage development and preparation processes adhere to public health and food safety standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations and equipment areas.
• Gathers and communicates customer feedback to management and product development teams.
• Recommends new beverage ideas or improvements based on client insights and market trends.
