Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Develop, test, and improve coffee, non-coffee, seasonal, and signature beverages.
• Standardize recipes, preparation methods, serving sizes, and presentation.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all beverages.
• Assist in calculating recipe costs, food costs, and target margins with owners' guidance.
• Evaluate and recommend ingredients, suppliers, and product substitutions.
• Monitor ingredient usage, inventory, wastage, and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper equipment operation.
• Train baristas on recipes, preparation techniques, and quality standards.
• Monitor beverage trends and customer feedback to recommend menu improvements and new products.
• Maintain updated recipes, R&D records, and beverage preparation SOPs.
