World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Community Engagement and Identity Management Associate to support beneficiary verification, inclusion, and data management for General Food Assistance. The role requires collaboration with MEAL, Protection, and CFM teams to ensure transparent, evidence-based decisions and respectful engagement with affected communities.

Qualifications

Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong project implementation knowledge.
Minimum 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of development or emergency projects.
Knowledge of GFA program and beneficiary data management.
Strong communication and community facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify beneficiaries and verify eligibility according to GFA criteria.
Validate and maintain beneficiary data accuracy and alignment with WFP/ programme requirements.
Coordinate inclusion/exclusion processes with technical teams to ensure due process.
Document outcomes and maintain justification records for decisions.
Coordinate field-level inclusion/exclusion activities and community verification.
Support referrals to services and track follow-up outcomes.
