You will optimize assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while staying ahead of trends and delivering fast-paced, on-brand content. A strong portfolio in beauty branding is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of videography and editing experience with a beauty-focused reel.
• Deep camera operation, studio lighting, and color grading expertise.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of social-first hooks, pacing, and platform features.
• Eye for framing, color accuracy, texture capture and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Direct, light, and shoot high-quality video content including macro product beauty shots, swatch demos, model tutorials, and behind-the-scenes brand footage
• Cut, color-grade, retouch skin/tones, and sound design video assets using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Format and optimize video assets specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, paid social ads, and e-commerce product pages
• Stay ahead of social video trends, viral audio hooks, transition styles, and beauty aesthetics to pitch concepts fresh
• Set up lighting (ring lights, softboxes, macro setups), manage audio on set, and organize raw media assets efficiently
