Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, beauty sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and innovations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• High level of personal grooming and presentation standards aligned with beauty industry expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and motivation to succeed in a sales-driven role.
• Preferably with product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare or beauty treatments.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and retail management software is advantageous.
