Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
Help customers explore our craft beer selection and recommend beers based on their tastes and preferences.
Take and process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring drinks and snacks are served promptly.
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting bar environment, including clearing and sanitising tables and restocking supplies.
Assist with daily opening and closing duties to ensure the bar is fully prepared for service and properly secured after each shift.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently positive guest experience.
Develop your knowledge of our rotating beer selection so you can confidently share recommendations and product information with guests.
At least 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, though training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with customers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive team-oriented attitude.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when required.
Willingness to learn about craft beer; prior craft beer knowledge is a plus but not essential.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
