Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks.
• Assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Keep the bar area clean in accordance to the company’s guidelines.
• Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined by the company’s manual to keep drink costs at minimum.
• Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist with inventory ordering.

Qualifications

• Can work in a fast-paced environment and shifting schedule.
• With at least 1 year experience as Bartender in food & beverage service industry, preferably in Resto bar.
• Must have highly organized, excellent communication skills in English and customer services.
• Ability to multi-task and be resourceful.
• Amenable to work in Olongapo City.
• Can start ASAP.
