• Accurately take food and drink orders using order pads or POS systems, including special requests.
• Take and prepare beverage orders for guests or servers in accordance with company standards.
• Open and pour wine properly.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain bar stock, monitor inventory, and organize supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning duties as assigned.
• Assist in other restaurant areas such as handling phone inquiries or supporting team operations.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Follow grooming standards and present a neat, professional appearance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all food, beverages, and services offered.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
