Job summary

Noodle Temple in Manila is seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Bartender to deliver consistent beverage quality and maintain an organized, clean bar operation. The role requires strong mixology knowledge and a friendly, professional approach to guests.

You will apply great beverage knowledge, follow standard recipes, and work as part of a team during peak hours to ensure quick, friendly service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bartender experience in a reputable dining or bar setting.
• Experience in premium casual dining, hotel, or fine dining preferred.
• Strong beverage operations and mixology knowledge.
• Familiar with standard bar tools and equipment.
• Experience with beverage inventory and stock monitoring.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organization and attention to detail; ability to multitask.
• Experience using a restaurant POS system is an advantage.
• Maintain organized and clean workstation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, portioning, quality, and presentation
• Maintain working knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other menu beverages
• Provide beverage recommendations and answer guest inquiries when required
• Use proper glassware, garnishes, preparation methods, and serving techniques
• Properly operate and maintain bar tools and equipment
• Complete bar setup before restaurant opening
• Ensure adequate stocks of beverages, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies
• Monitor and restock the bar throughout operations
• Assist with beverage inventory monitoring and stock counts
