Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks per recipes and standards.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment with cleanliness and efficiency.
• Take orders accurately and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Monitor freshness and storage of ingredients, including expiry dates.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
• Attend scheduled trainings and participate in company activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Under the direct supervision of theRestaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, delivering excellent services, and ensuringguest satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve premium alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and
  other beverages with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
• Take orders accurately, offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients, monitoring expiry dates and proper storage.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
• Attends scheduled training and participates in company-initiated employee activities.
• Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
