Job summary

Milksha is seeking a Barista to join a fast-paced team dedicated to serving quality milk teas and beverages. You will be responsible for beverage preparation, customer service, store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

You will prepare milk tea, fruit teas, coffee, and specialty beverages according to recipes, maintain beverage quality and presentation, assist with inventory and daily store operations, and support with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior experience in food & beverage or service roles.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare milk tea, fruit teas, coffee, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist with inventory counting, store opening/closing, and daily operations.
• Properly handle and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
• Follow proper tea brewing, pearl preparation, flavor mixing, and drink customization procedures.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow standard procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
