Job summary

Chowking in Taguig is seeking a cheerful Barista to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare milk tea and beverages, ensure quality and presentation, assist customers, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Strong communication and customer service are essential, and you should be able to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. Prior barista or F&B experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School or College level education.
• Experience as Barista/Service Crew/Cashier considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare milk tea, fruit teas, coffee, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist with inventory counting, store opening/closing, and daily operations.
• Properly handle and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
• Follow proper tea brewing, pearl preparation, flavor mixing, and drink customization procedures.
