MLSK invites applications for a Barista / Café Staff position in our busy cafe. You will prepare drinks using our recipes, take orders, and assist customers.

You will train junior staff, monitor ingredients and waste, and help with opening and closing duties while coordinating with the kitchen during peak times. Experience of 1 year and knowledge of espresso, milk texturing, and teamwork are required, with rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of barista or café experience.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, extraction, calibrating espresso machines and grinders, milk steaming and texturing, and coffee presentation.
• Ability to operate and care for an espresso machine.
• Familiar with different coffee and non-coffee beverages.
• Able to follow standard recipes and preparation procedures.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

We're looking for someone who:

1. Has at least 1 year of barista or café experience
