Job summary

TATS SEAFOOD DAMPA RESTAURANT is seeking a friendly barista who takes orders, operates coffee machines, and prepares beverage components while ensuring quality and presentation.

You will maintain station cleanliness, manage stock, handle payments, know the menu, follow health policies, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, shakers, POS systems, and other beverage equipment.
• Prepare garnishes, ingredients, syrups, and other beverage components.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, coffee station, equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Monitor inventory and restock beverages, coffee beans, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
• Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and be able to answer customer questions and make beverage recommendations.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and preparation of the beverage station.
• Report damaged equipment, low inventory, or other operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
