Job summary

Forefront Fine Dining Group Inc. is seeking a friendly, professional server for our Almacen location in Poblacion Makati.

You will greet customers, take and deliver orders, recommend items, prepare and serve drinks when needed, and ensure accurate billing with the POS system.

The role requires a high school diploma or better, prior hospitality experience, excellent communication and a neat, punctual appearance; night shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college training is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism and good grooming.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them in a timely manner.
• Recommend menu items and promotions to guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks when required.
• Ensure customers' glasses and orders are replenished as needed.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/bar areas.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Check customers' identification before serving alcoholic beverages, when required by law.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally or escalate to supervisor.
• Assist with inventory and restocking beverages, glassware, and supplies.
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and teammates for efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

Qualification:

• Can Start : ASAP
• At least a high school graduate; vocational or college education is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a server, waiter, or bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours, carry trays, and lift light to moderate loads.
