Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• Proficiency in Fookien and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous client service while ensuring transactions are processed according to bank policies and procedures.
• Process cash and check deposits and intrabank transfers with accuracy and compliance.
• Review and process foreign exchange transactions per BSP regulations and bank policies.
• Process Debit Card applications, activation, and PIN changes.
• Prepare and validate transaction vouchers and ensure accurate documentation.
