Job summary

Eligibility: Career Service Professional for Second Level Positions/ PD 907 (Honor Graduate Eligibility) / RA1080

Responsibilities

Process over-the-counter transactions for PHP cash deposit and withdrawals according to bank's policies and procedures.
Ensure updated scanning of posting medias and proper filing of all approved teller's blotter and deposit/withdrawal slips in Peso currency transactions daily.
Verify authenticity of notes, validity of checks and identification documents presented for Peso transactions.
Sorting of unfit Peso notes for turn-over to the Cashier.
Reporting of daily PHP transactions to MLD-ODC, filing of Incident Reports thru EOLMM; and
Verifies and reconciles all Peso transactions for the day as against teller's blotter report.
