Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Investments.
• Exposure to Salesforce, CRM solutions, or wealth management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Open to onsite work and night shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team supporting clients across multiple service channels.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure the successful resolution of client inquiries and service requests.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and business partners to support client needs.
• Drive compliance with financial services processes and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and customer satisfaction results.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Support escalated client concerns and complex service situations.
