Sutherland is seeking an organized and reliable Service Excellence Director for Banking to lead operational excellence initiatives across the banking vertical. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma implementations, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with IT to enable transformational improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in service-excellence leadership and 3+ years banking operations management, plus a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt required.
• At least 3 years' experience managing banking operations.
• At least 10 years in service-excellence leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Runs Operational Excellence functions for Banking vertical.
• Applies Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve performance and drive productivity.
• Leads cross-functional teams and develops measurement and management systems.
• Defines end-to-end processes and closes gaps with improvement plans.
• Oversees deployment of new processes and change management initiatives.
• Interfaces with IT to support current and future technology needs.
