Sutherland is seeking a Service Excellence Director for Banking to lead Operational Excellence across banking verticals. The role drives continuous improvement, efficiency, and productivity by applying Lean/Six Sigma methods and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will build relationships, define end-to-end processes, and measure impact while partnering with IT and leadership to deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in managing operations for Banking.
• At least 10 years in Service Excellence leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Runs Operational Excellence functions for Banking vertical.
• Applies Continuous Improvement and Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve performance, reduce waste and drive productivity.
• Builds and maintains relationships across functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and measurement systems.
• Provides leadership for projects including prioritization, budgeting, control and reporting.
• Defines, optimizes and maintains end-to-end processes for efficiency.
• Leads cross-functional teams to map current processes, target conditions, plans to close gaps, and coaches teams through changes.
• Oversees deployment of new processes and functions.
• Establishes metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiencies.
• Interfaces with IT on current and future technology requirements.
• Conducts root cause analysis and problem solving for operational efficiencies.
• Drives Change Management to embed lean principles across functions.
• Coaches stakeholders and teams in adopting lean practices.
• Collaborates with leadership to align initiatives with strategy and delivery.
