Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands invites applications for a Fulfilment Assistant to support the Fulfilment Officer with post‑approval and pre‑booking activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will generate and review loan documents, check credit approvals, coordinate with Account Officers/Marketing Assistants, monitor documentary deficiencies, and assist with incentive payouts for brokers and developers.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and corporate banking products and services.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and other bank products, processes and policies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assists Fulfilment Officer in post-approval and pre-booking activities to support assigned Sales counterpart.
• Generates and reviews loan documents for housing loan transactions and ensures timely booking and compliance with bank procedures.
• Coordinates with Sales counterpart to complete documentary requirements and monitors collateral documents for annotation.
