• Experience in business and systems analysis and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies and data mapping.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to map processes (Visio, BPMN) and understand SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes requirements for the project.
• Analyzes source system data models, metadata, file transfer and mappings.
• Develops functional requirements and secures stakeholder approvals.
• Coordinates with migration, business and tech teams through the project life cycle.
• Creates test strategies and use cases with the testing team.
• Supports system implementation and migration activities.
• Reports progress to project stakeholders and participates in KT sessions.
