The Client Service Associate role focuses on accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, payments, and currency exchanges. You will perform day-end activities, ensure policy compliance, and provide courteous service while promoting Bank products.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business course; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Banking experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform start and end of day banking activities
• Ensures compliance to the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promote Bank’s products and services
• Performs all other tasks that may be required from time to time
