Responsibilities

• Sorts and groups daily transaction media by document type for recording in HO units.
• Checks, verifies, and ensures accuracy of transactions from multiple systems.
• Prepares reminder/exception reports for un-posted transactions for corrections.
• Encodes and records daily transactions into the online GL EGL system.
• Maintains and files system-generated reports and related documents.
• Performs reconciliation between subsidiary ledgers and GL EGL.
