The CSSA will actively cross-sell products, support branch operations, and conduct KYC.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter banking transactions accurately and promptly.

• Cross-sell bank products to Personal Banking customers and CRM leads.
• Onboard clients to digital channels and assist with inquiries and requests.
