What you'll be doing

• Balancing cash drawers and reconciling daily transactions at the end of each shift

• Assisting customers with account inquiries and addressing their banking needs with professionalism

• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Identifying and reporting suspicious activities in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations
• Processing loan payments and handling other specialized banking transactions

What we're looking for

• Must be a graduate of any Business and Accounting Course.
• Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar customer service role within a financial institution is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm and professional when managing multiple transactions and handling difficult customer situations

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
