About the role

We are seeking a Bank - New Accounts Clerk to join our team at Queen City Development Bank, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our banking operations by managing the account opening process and ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience. As a New Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for processing new account applications, verifying customer information, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Process new account applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified
• Conduct thorough verification of customer information and supporting documents to comply with regulatory requirements
• Input customer data into banking systems with precision and attention to detail
• Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarify details on account applications
• Maintain organized records of all new account documentation and ensure proper filing systems are followed
• Follow up on incomplete applications and coordinate with customers to expedite account activation
• Prepare account opening documentation and ensure all signatures and authorizations are obtained
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding the account opening process
