Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support financial operations, invoicing, cost management and reporting within its Group Corporate Services division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in finance operations, invoice processing or financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, invoicing or Accounts Payable systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI, QlikView or Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing, validation, payment coordination and dispute resolution.
• Prepare monthly accruals and track actual expenses against budgets.
• Support OPEX and CAPEX projections for corporate real estate projects.
• Handle cost allocations, recoveries and financial reconciliations.
• Analyse invoice variances, expenditure trends and financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and management information reports.
• Support cost optimisation, process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and internal stakeholders.
