Elitez Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance operations professional for a 6-month maternity cover, based at Raffles Place. You will support invoicing, cost allocations and reporting, while aligning with Finance and Procurement on accruals and variances.

You will enhance MIS dashboards, contribute to process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Strong Excel, ERP and BI skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Finance, Financial Operations or Corporate Services.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP, procurement, invoicing or Accounts Payable systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Power BI, QlikView or Python experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support financial operations including invoice processing, cost allocation, recoveries and reporting.

• Perform monthly accruals for BAU and project expenses, tracking accruals against actual payments.
• Support project accounting and OPEX/CAPEX projections.
• Drive cost management and internal cost recovery initiatives.
• Analyse invoice variances and trends, providing insights to management.
• Prepare and enhance financial reports and MIS dashboards.
• Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, including Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Corporate Services and internal stakeholders.
