Responsibilities

• Manages and develops the BSOs assigned to ensure that KRAs are met or exceeded
• Establishes and grows relationships with Branch heads and key bank employees with regular meetings to support area production targets
• Reporting, planning and administration including budgets and management information
• Market analysis to inform sales strategy
• Training, coaching, monitoring and assessment of Bancassurance Sales Officers
• Coordinating daily activities of BSOs, following up accounts for closing, and reporting activities to Region Head or Sales Head daily
• Identifying performance gaps and opportunities for BSO improvement, guiding development directions
• Working with marketing and other operations for resources and opportunities essential for BSOs to perform effectively

• Manages and develops the BSOs assigned to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded
• Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with the Branch head and other key bank employees and ensures regular contact and communications through the conduct of regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target
• Reporting, planning and administration - including budgets and management information
• Market Analysis
• Training, coaching, monitoring and assessment of Bancassurance Sales Officers
• Closely coordinating and monitoring daily activities of BSOs, including following up accounts for closing and reporting all activities to Region Head and/or Sales Head on a daily basis
• Spotting performance gaps that need focus, determining opportunities for BSO improvement, communicating specific development directions for individuals and encouraging positive changes in behavior
• Working closely with marketing partners and other operational fronts for resources, connections, authorities, information, and opportunities that BSOs might need to perform fully
