Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Committee and team.
• Manage inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Coordinate scheduling and activities of bakery staff.
• Perform quality control procedures on products.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement.
• Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, correspondence).
