Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operations: Lead opening/closing shifts and follow SOPs.
• Service Quality: Greet guests, handle issues, maintain high food, service and cleanliness standards.
• Team Leadership: Train, guide, and motivate floor staff during shifts.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene rules.
• Managerial Support: Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
