Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information about financial products, services, and policies.
• Process customer requests including account inquiries and transactions.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Comply with financial regulations, data protection, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics like call handling time and CSAT.
