• High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
• Active listening skills and patience when handling customer concerns.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Professional telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to attendance.
• Prior call centre or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding financial products, accounts, and services.
• Provide accurate information and resolving customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process financial transactions, account updates, and service requests efficiently and securely.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company protocols, compliance requirements, and quality standards in all customer communications.
