Your Mission:

• Edit Like a Pro ️: Transform raw founder-led footage into sharp, high-converting 30–90 second edits for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Bring the Energy : Add captions, callouts, sound effects, memes, and motion graphics to emphasize key moments
• Stick to the Brief : Match winning video references in tone, pacing, and storytelling (we’ll provide examples)
• Stay Fast, Stay Sharp ️: Deliver polished, detail-oriented edits with a 1–2 day turnaround
• Collaborate Asynchronously : Communicate efficiently with our team without hand-holding or micromanagement
• Keep It Clean : Submit organized project files and export versions for smooth handoffs and revisions
