This is a full-time independent contractor role, paid monthly via Wise / bank transfer.

What you'll edit

Responsibilities

• Work as our in-house editor - keep the content pipeline moving as new footage comes in
• Turn raw clips into original, engaging 15-60 second vertical videos - you'll have creative freedom to decide the concept, structure and style
• Add trending audio, captions/subtitles, transitions and hooks

Requirements

• Good written English (for captions and subtitles)
• Reliable internet and your own computer
• Portfolio of short-form work (Reels/TikTok links)
• Some overlap with New Zealand business hours (Philippine morning) for check-ins
• You'll sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before starting

Nice to have

• Experience with AI content tools (AI video, image generation, etc.) - a bonus, not required
• Experience editing fashion, travel or lifestyle content
• Basic colour grading

What we offer

• PHP 20,000-30,000/month
• Full-time, remote, flexible hours
• We visit the Philippines regularly - occasional in-person meetings and team events
