Job summary
HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a Backhoe Operator for on-site excavation, loading, trenching, and site preparation tasks. You will operate the backhoe safely, perform pre-operation checks, and work closely with ground crew to follow plans and safety procedures.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, a TESDA Heavy Equipment Operation NC II certificate, and the ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Backhoe Operator.
- Valid TESDA Heavy Equipment Operation NC II or related certification.
- Knowledge of backhoe operation and safety procedures.
- Good equipment control and awareness of surroundings.
- Physically fit and willing to work onsite and outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Operate backhoe safely according to site requirements.
