We are seeking a skilled and reliable Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth for construction, roadwork, or site development projects. Safety, precision, and efficiency are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe equipment for digging, trenching, loading, and grading
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are strictly followed
• Transport materials and clear debris as needed
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other workers
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
