Job summary

ARKY Construct is seeking a Backhoe Operator to safely operate the backhoe for excavation, loading, leveling, and material movement at project sites.

You will inspect equipment, follow Supervisor instructions, maintain situational awareness, wear PPE, and keep machines clean. High school diploma and valid license are required; prior backhoe experience is preferred; willingness to work extended hours on site.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous backhoe operating experience is preferred.
• With valid driver's / operator's license.
• Knowledge of basic equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work on project sites and extended hours when required.
