Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with experience operating Wheel Loaders, Backhoes, and other related heavy equipment. The operator will be responsible for handling machinery safely and efficiently to support site operations such as excavation, loading, and material transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders, backhoes, and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as required to support site operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with site team and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (Wheel Loader, Backhoe, etc.) is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in operating wheel loaders, backhoes, or similar equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to be assigned in CAVITE and work flexible hours when needed.
